anima.
Precision biology for perimenopause

Her biology isn't broken. It's been ignored.

Perimenopause isn't a decline. It's a neurological event that medicine has ignored for a century. Anima is the adaptive health platform built to recalibrate it, through science, rebellion and resilience.

01 — The thesis

Right now, 50 million women are navigating perimenopause. Almost none have been told it's fundamentally a brain-health event.

Hormones are one axis. The chaos women feel in their forties is hormonal, metabolic and neurological at once: sleep, mood, memory, energy and libido moving together. Medicine treats one symptom at a time, or waves it away.

Women in this stage are the best-informed, worst-served consumers in health. Only 7% of women 49 to 64 feel brands cater to them; 87% would rather feel healthy than merely attractive. They want the truth and something that works. We intend to be both.

From the manifesto
"She didn't disappear at fifty. She became dangerously creative, wildly awake."
02 — Approach

Adaptive biology, mapped to the whole interactome.

Anima is the first adaptive health platform designed to recalibrate the full hormonal and neurological system of women navigating perimenopause. Not one pill for one symptom: a modular, stage-responsive protocol built from network pharmacology and real-world data.

01

Multi-axis, not single-symptom

Neurotransmitters, HPA axis, cortisol, circadian rhythm, neuroinflammation and cycle hormones, addressed together. Because that is how they fail together.

02

Stage-responsive, AM to PM

Morning and night formulations that shift with the phase of perimenopause a woman is actually in. Dynamic dosing outperforms one-size-fits-all.

03

From AI to biology

Pathway maps and drug-response data drive formulation in weeks, not years. Wearable and lab feedback loops turn every customer into evidence.
